Common Follies, the “Viewing Tower” and the “Social Pier”,  that unfold new views, and create a new social intervention. 

. Social sustainability and accessibility 

Accessibility and universal design are key parameters for the project emphasizing its role as a communal space that fosters interaction and connectivity. 

. The Blue-Water as identity 

The project identifies water as a pivotal element that not only plays a fundamental role in the site's history but also serves as a timeless and enduring feature. 

. Landscape experience 

The walk along Slivsøstien is a nature rich experience which is heightened by addition of vegetation, trees and shruberries that invite, lead, close off and finally reveal the architectural interventions.
